"When I found out I was going to be able to spend a big part of my summer training and competing with the best volleyball athletes and coaches in the country I was over joyed. I have been fortunate enough to have had the best coaches in Nova Scotia to prepare me for this and I am very grateful for them. Whether it be a coach from a club team, school team or provincial team, I have them to thank for where I am today." – Catherine Callaghan

"I am really excited to have the opportunity to train with such high level coaches and athletes. I think I will learn a lot and hopefully improve many aspects of my game I'd like to thank all of my coaches and supporters for helping me along the way." –
