VNS is excited to share 2024 Team Nova Scotia indoor and beach programming plans.

• Team NS NAVY *** (Expression of Interest, posted Feb 23, 2024)
  • Female & Male
  • Athlete eligibility - 2007-2009
  • 6-10 athletes/gender

***Note: due to training for NS ROYAL Beach and NS ROYAL indoor being similar (weekend sessions), it is highly likely that 2006 eligible athletes will not be able to represent Nova Scotia in both programs.     • Training Block 2 - June 21-23, 5 sessions, CPA High School
    • Training Block 3 - July 4-7, 7 sessions, Wolfville NS (Acadia University)
    • Training Block 4 - July 12-14, 5 sessions, CPA High School
    • Training Block 5 - July 19-21, 5 sessions, Saint Mary’s University
    • Competition: Canada Cup - July 23-28, Calgary AB

Note: Team NS Programming follows the traditional calendar year, not the extended 16-month window of club volleyball.
***Note: to be selected for indoor Team NS ROYAL, 18U athletes (2006) MUST have High-Performance Pathway Potential. Please refer to the Team Nova Scotia Selection Criteria for additional details.
